Vendor FAQ

Everything vendors ask us.

Permits, power, scheduling, setup, weather, and payment. The quick answers before you apply.

Do I need a permit or license?

Food trucks must have health permits and insurance. Makers and farmers may need product liability insurance depending on what they sell.

Do you provide electricity or water?

Yes. Limited hookups are available for food trucks and select booths, and an additional fee may apply. We also offer generator rentals for an added rate.

Can I choose my dates?

Yes. We offer flexible scheduling for daily, weekend, and seasonal vendors.

Do you promote vendors on social media?

Absolutely. We regularly spotlight our trucks and vendors across our social handles.

Is setup provided?

Vendors bring their own tents, tables, and displays unless otherwise noted. Limited setup packages are available to rent for an extra fee.

What happens in bad weather?

We operate rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe. Weather-related closures are communicated promptly.

How do I pay?

Invoices can be sent digitally or completed in person. A non-refundable deposit, included with your payment, is required to secure your spot. Inquiries can be made through any of our social platforms, including this website.
